Wow! This is incredible. I could look at this every day and find new things in this piece to be amazed at. I really love the highly detailed ink work with the varying line widths and textures. The fact that there are so many eyes to be seen really pleases me personally. :) And the way those faces with closed eyes trail off into the distance.. Such an impressive way to show perspective!

You made him look so cute! This might sound weird, but the way you shaded the grass looks so nice. Did you use any gradients there, by chance?

I made it in Paint Tool SAI, so I just did some color blending with the water brush to give it a gradient look. :)

Okay, I love this idea! So precious! I want to ask, can this creature sting, and also swim in the water too? I also want to guess that otterbees can fly, as well.

I reckon they can do it all. Imagine going for a pleasant swim to see this thing zooming at you with a stinger in the water. So you get out to run and then it's flying at you. Actually terrifying.
