This looks great! The only suggestion I can offer is to add a bit more realism, because right now her arm looks much more detailed than anything else.

This is a really nice, emotional piece. I definitely get the feeling of anxiety from it. The only thing I would suggest is making this look more true to the original by upping the contrast in a program such as Fast Stone Image Viewer (which is free), because the dark areas within this artwork look unecessarily washed out/faded.
